Q.  Do you have to unbind my documents to archive them?
A.  No, we use our custom designed scanning system to handle your bound documents without causing damage.

Q. What would be the smallest amount of papers that you would archive at one time?
A.  We will archive any amount of documents.

Q. What is your capacity on a project?
A.  We have no limit to the size of our files or data base. We have in excess of 3.5 Million documents in our servers at this time and growing daily.

Q.  Would it be better or cheaper to archive my Microfilm?
A.  No, your original papers are what you will want to archive. We can control your quality with originals which is not possible with microfilm. The price is also much cheaper for original documents.

Q.  How long does it take to do an archive project?
A.  It depends upon the documents but we can digitize approximately 30,000 documents per day.

Q.  How long have you been doing this?
A.  Since established in 1992 we have been digitizing, editing, storing and delivering images. The development of our ArcaSearch core technology started in 2003 and was awarded a patent in 2006.
      
Q.  Who owns the archive and the PDF’s?
A.  We never take possession of your content, it is always yours.

Q.  How secure is your system?
A.  We have several levels of security which are turned on according to the security requested.

Q.  What if you burn down, will my archives be gone?
A.  Upon completion of your archive, we send you a high resolution hard drive with your whole archive on it to be stored at your site. We also have a redundant copy of your archive running as a backup in an off-site location. In the event that we loose this site for any reason, the back up will start up and you will have no interruption.

Q.  Can you archive my documents, turn them into text-searchable documents and then get everything back to me and I will find my own program to search them?
A.  Yes, we can do that after discussing the options with you.
