Q: How many months does it take to set everything up?
A: We historically have been able to get everything up and running within one week.  You may even be able to start with your very next edition!

Q. How soon after I upload until my paper is accessible?
A. Within 90 minutes after you upload the PDF's to us.

Q: Can potential customers see a demonstration of my paper before buying a subscription?
A: Yes, your website has a demo button at the subscribe page which allows them to view the issue or months worth of issues you want them to see.

Q: Can my subscribers read the paper offline?
A: Courier is designed to deliver one page at a time, which can then be saved to your customer’s computer. We do not deliver all of the pages at one time for time and security reasons.

Q: Can my paper be printed from the website?
A: Yes, but because of page size and 108DPI images a standard ink jet printer will not produce a quality product.

Q: I currently only use Courier for my online subscriptions but I would like to add the sale of archive access. How do I do that?
A: Simply send us an e-mail with the prices you will charge for your archive access and we will adjust your subscription options to include them.

Q: When I go to the subscription page to add a subscriber that has paid with a check I see “click to enter.” How do I enter the new subscriber?
A: Your computer’s cookies are remembering your previous login information. Go to TOOLS and click on OPTIONS. There you will be able to clear your computers cookies. When you refresh the page it will allow you to see the subscription options and you can enter the subscriber’s information.
