Here are six easy steps that will ensure the optimal experience while reading the Online Edition:
| Does your computer meet our minimum specifications? |
Before you begin, please review the following system requirements:
• PC: Windows XP or 2000, Using Internet Explorer 5 or newer, Mozilla 1.7 or newer.
• PC: Adobe Acrobat Reader 6 or newer, with your browser set to view pdf files.
• Mac: OS X 10.3 using Safari and Acrobat 7.0.
• Mac: Safari Browser set to view pdf files instead of download them.
• Monitor resolution set to 1024 x 768 or higher.
• Pop up blockers should be disabled for optimum viewing.
Additional Note: Our documents have been optimized to display at 72 dpi on your monitor.program may not be configured correctly to display our documents at their optimum resolution. To check your settings, first open your Adobe Acrobat program. Under the Edit menu, select preferences. On the window that appears, select Page Display from the list on the left. Immediately to your right, select the custom resolution option. Adjust the Pixel/Inch setting to 72. Quit the Adobe Acrobat program. |

| Repair Interface Lock-ups |
If the Online Edition is locking up occasionally when you are changing pages, then it is most likely an know issue with the Acrobat Plug-in. Follow these steps to correct the problem. |

Click on the link to the left. If you do not receive a message stating that Acrobat is successfully installed, then we recommend that you uninstall and then reinstall Acrobat Reader. If you believe that Acrobat is correctly installed, please reboot your computer and try this step again. If you continue to have difficulties with this step, please contact whoever normally supports your computer software for assistance.

Click on the link to the left. Your pop-up blocker MUST allow arcasearch.com to open pop-ups. If this test isn't successful, please adjust or temporarily disable your pop-up blocker. Also, remember that you may have multiple pop-up blockers. Many Internet toolbars (Google, Yahoo, etc.) include pop-up blockers. If you continue to have difficulties with this step, please contact whoever normally supports your computer software for assistance.
