If you don’t want your documents or records to travel, MAX is your new best friend on wheels. A 50-foot, fifth wheel trailer, Mobile Archive Xpress (MAX) is a mobile archiving studio equipped with custom-designed equipment to scan and archive documents and records on site.
A major benefit of bringing MAX to town is keeping documents
and records sensitive in nature in the community, therefore
avoiding the risk associated with moving documents either within
or between states. When MAX arrives, highly-experienced and
trained technicians arrive with him and begin working with the
fragile documents that will be scanned without stress or damage.
As a result of the on-site work, the project allows our clients
to conduct business as usual. The technicians also accomplish
the task without taking up the sometimes hard-to-find office
space.
MAX is a friend that doesn’t overstay his welcome. He
arrives, hooks up, accomplishes any combination of scanning
projects, unplugs and heads back down the road to the next
archiving project. Although more serious than the Oscar
Mayer Weinermobile, MAX would still like to visit your town.
