ArcaSearch has a number of options that allow us to customize our scanning and capturing studio to meet your project needs - everything from the mechanism used to hold a book open to a camera-configuration that can be customized, making ArcaSearch a creative solution to use.  We scan multiple types of material with sizes that can range from small receipts up to large maps. We’re accomplished at working with a variety of page sizes within the same document. At our studios or onsite with MAX we customize an image capture system consisting of ArcaSearch-designed studios combined with document scanning equipment. 
 
Meanwhile back at our central command center (our corporate office), we’re optimizing Smart PDFs for viewing and searching using ArcaSearch’s patented technology including embedding desired metadata.  We make PDFs available for research within a few hours of image capture which allows nearly real-time access and quality assurance to the most important documents with an easy-to-launch, user-friendly graphic user interface.

Need speed?  We’re capable of on demand or scheduled projects. And because central coordination is important, when needed, we can also create Md5 report files to ensure file integrity during content transfer. A process for updating the archive with new content is also part of our central coordination.
